Terms and conditions of use for any real or legal person using this site

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE www.new.nautika.ca (hereinafter, the “Website”). Nautika inc. (The “Site Owner”) administers and holds the rights in the Web Site. By using the Website, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions that apply to the entire website, so you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept the terms of use, you should refrain from using the Website.

The Website is published from Québec, Canada, and is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and Canadian laws that apply in that province.

1. Nautika inc. (The “Site Owner”) is committed to protect your personal information.

Site Owner has established policies and procedures available to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. These policies explain how and why we collect personal information and what measures are in place to protect your information and receive your complaints.

The information we collect or may collect consist of your name, address, telephone number, email address, gender, and age and the name and address of your organization (if applicable). We let you know the purpose for which personal information is collected orally or in writing according to the circumstances in which we communicate with you.
